Salary Sacrifice Options

Salary Continuance
If you’re injured or an illness prevents you from carrying out your normal duties after a period of 90 days, you’ll be paid a monthly income equal to 75% of your salary until you recover, for a maximum of two years.

Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave
If you’re expecting or considering adopting and have been employed with us for 12 months, you’re entitled to a maximum of 52 weeks’ parental leave, 14 of which you’ll be paid for, provided of course you’re the principal caregiver.
